Friday Bonus Two-Way Frequency Table

First, check this little Khan Academy link on what a two-way frequency table is. Do all your work on a separate sheet of paper.

1) Using the data table below (from page 508 in your book) can you construct a two-way frequency table that can determine if there is an association between LOCATION and EYE DOMINANCE?

2) Using the data table can you construct a two-way frequency table that can determine if there is an association between EYE DOMINANCE and being an ATHLETE?

3) Using the data table can you construct a two-way frequency table that can determine if there is an association between HAND DOMINANCE and being an LOCATION?

For the first question, your answer will look like a table with:

Connecticut
L.A.
Total
Left Eye

Right Eye

Total

with all the boxes filled in.  Look for trends of what boxes have more than others, significantly more.
