Home work today is to finish the worksheet we started in class. Homework tomorrow will be posted on this website so be sure you come back tomorrow for that.
On the last section of problems on the worksheet, there are some tougher problems.
c. 2-2 x 2n = 8. The 8 must be rewritten as 23. the equation then becomes:
2-2 x 2n = 23
Now figure out what n is equal to.
Question d. is the same way
d.7n x 74 = 1/49. Rewrite 1/49 as 7-2.
The equation then becomes: 7n x 74 = 7-2
Hope this helps with others.

Negative Eponents
Homework today is page 307, numbers 1-29. Skip number 9
Also, remember that the negative numbers just mean that they flip over as a fraction.
For example, x-2 = 1/x2
it even works with coefficients. If you have 2x-2, this equals 2/x2
On this Friday, I will be collecting all your notes and warm-ups for the week. Be sure that you write everything down. My system hasn't been perfected but the assignments will be worth about 15 points. That is as much as a homework tracking sheet. Be sure you do them. Period 1 and period 5 will be changing seats tomorrow.

Exponents
Be sure you finish both sides of the worksheet you got today. There are some difficult problems on the page, and here are a couple of them
4x-2 is equal to the fraction 4/x2.
or the equations that look like (32)2 = (32)x(32) = 34
