Wednesday

The homework for today is the backside of the worksheet from class "Simeons Wrench". Be sure to write your answers next to the problems.

Starting tomorrow for period 1 and later for periods 2-7, we will be taking another assessment test. Be sure you try your best on this, as this one might move you up into an honors class. So many of you did well on the previous test that thy are considering making more honors classes.

Please be sure you bring your homework tomorrow. It is very important to start the week off correctly.

Today we went over the tracking sheet. On the side of this page, there is a link to the tracking sheet, if you want to print out your own.

Books will hopefully come in tomorrow.

I will post the grades for this class on Friday, and they will be posted by your birthday in each class (Your student ID number).

Calendar

The calendar has been updated with the next weeks activities. It will be a little off because you will have class 4 times a week, not 5, so take the days into account when you see what we are going to be doing. If there is no class for you on Tuesday, just assume what we do on Tuesday when you are not there is what we are doing on Wednesday.

Monday we will get books, and I will go over how we are going to keep track of homework, and some other small details about the classroom. Since it is a short day, we might have to push or schedule back for everything 1 day.

Wednesdays Stuff

Todays homework is to finish the adding and subtracting worksheet you recieved in class. Tomorrow we are going to do some graphing.

Those of you who have not turned in your letter or you multiplication chart need to do so tomorrow or risk the consequences of not turning in homework.

CPMA Middle School welcomes you

Hello and welcome to CPMA middle school. Welcome to 7th grade pre-algebra or 8th grade Algebra Readiness. I look forward to an excellent year with you. The calendar is for both classes. 7th grade is in the green color and 8th grade is in the red color. I will explain more as the week progresses.

This is where I have to say good-bye. I just signed on with San Diego as a teacher there. I would like all my students to know I appreciated and enjoyed each and every one of you (including the somewhat bad ones!).

Hopefully we meet in the future and I have made some impact one you.
