Period 6: We finished two way frequency tables and did problems 8-12 from page 494-495

Period 1,3: we learned how to estimate square roots, and that these numbers are called "Irrational Numbers".  Homework was an estimating page.

Monday 3/8

Periods 1,3,5: We learned about square roots, and how to solve them.

Period 6: We were introduced to two-frequency tables.

Thursday - Friday 3/2

Period 6:
Review mean, median mode and do worksheet.  For box-and-whisker plots, watch and try the following activities on the link below.  Watch the videos, and do the practice activities.  Fast forward or pause at your leisure.  Be sure to watch because I will assume you know this next week Monday when I build off of these lessons.

Period 6: You got the practice test for simplifying radicals.

Watch the following on how to solve systems where the variables do not quite cancel each other out.  I do #5 and #8 from the worksheet from yesterday.  You are responsible for doing 4 more.

Watch the videos below, take notes, and try to solve 8 equations from the worksheet you are given.  Any 8 will do.  The second video has the solution to #1 in it. (Make sure you are signed in to watch them)
