Tuesday 5/14

Period 2-5:
WE kept working on the workbook section 11-2, and added problems  30,32,33, and 35.

Monday 5/12

Period 2-6: We started Section 11-2.  You can download a copy of the worksheet HERE.  Do problems 5,6,9,13,16,18,22,23,29

Period 7: We stated finding surface area, and discussed what surface meant.  You are doing page D-67, finding the surface area of all those shapes.

Thursday/Friday 5/9

Periods 2-5: We continued on the same page as last time, Practice 11-1, and added problems 13,15,17,19,21, and 25

Pre-Algebra: Last worksheet on perimeter and area of polygons.

Wednseday 5/8

POW for Algebra:

 Keri was trapped in her bedroom with a broken leg, and her baby brother had taken the ruler she was using for math.

She needed to draw a 6-inch line but did not want to go downstairs on her crutches to find her ruler.

Luckily, she had notebook paper that was 8½ × 11 inches and was able to use some sheets to get the measurement she needed.
